Villa il Santo offers the opportunity to learn typical local recipes, aromas and flavors. It is a cook-and-dine experience, as the courses focus on the total involvement of the participants, who will prepare each dish with their own hands and then sit down and enjoy each other's food and company and, of course, a glass or two of the Chianti DOCG red wine from our vineyards.
You will learn about the processing of soft-grain flour, and how to make bread, pizza, different types of pasta and sauces. Our expert cooks will also teach you meat and game recipes, quiches, cooked and raw vegetable dishes and, last but not least, mouth-watering desserts, including Tiramisù.
Once back home, you will be able to surprise your family and friends, and relive at your table the wonderful culinary experiences of your Tuscan holiday.
